Am I a bad boyfriend?

I love this girl so much and just can do anything for her. Problem is that she lives is a bad locality.. With some bad boyz around. I tell her not to wear revealing clothes while going out.And i say if possible, she should go out with a elder. (its normal in india)I just dont want any guy staring at her .. And she says i cant tell her to do this and that? I dont want any bad guy doing anything bad to her.. Am i a loser? Am i sick? Am i mad? What? ( PS I LOVE YOU BABE... I LOVE YOU SO MUCH <3)
