Where should I attend college USF or UCF?

I've been accepted to USF and UCF and I don't really know which is a better school. I define better as having good educational system, student life, and dorms. Haha I know I shouldn't base my college on the dorms, but if i'm going ot be living there for three or four years I want to be comfortable. I've toured UCF and it seems cool, but i feel like it might be a little to socially driven. I haven't been to USF, but my cousin goes there and says it's better. So, internet, which is better? Also, are freshmen allowed to have cars at USF?
