Mira hair oil.... HAIR GROWTH?

I've been wanting my hair to grow for the past 5 months since i cut it super short. Besides the fact that its short my hairdresser that i will no longer return to cut me bangs VERY THICK and short, so there like horribly choppy pieces. And its been about 5 months since the haircut and honestly its not really growth that much. Im very upset because i do regret it but you cant bring back the past so it happened. I did a little research and i game across mira oil, a saw so many good reviews from people and i've watched youtube reviews and people say it works! I dont know if thats a scam for them to take your money. But it is 79.99 and that is whats kind of making me think well does this work ... is it fake? If someone can guarantee to me that in the next 2-3 months i will see results amazingly then sure i'll maybe go for it. I am on a budget but hey i am also desperate to grow it out so i will save up and get it! Now i am not african american or anything so how would i use this product, before every shower i put it on all my hair or my roots? PLEASE GO IN DETAIL WITH EVERYTHING. Thanks! I really need my confidence back because im only a 16 year old girl who goes to highschool and you can know how hard highschool years are with people teasing and all that stuff.
