Am I a pig for eating this:?
Don't worry, we all have pig out days. It only happens to the best of us. Its not a collosal amount, I've seen worse. If you want to be healthier, just adopt the policy of only eating when you're hungry, and stopping when you are full. But maybe more importantly, you could look at WHAT you're eating. Just switching to healthier foods will make a huge difference to your body, mood and will give you loads more energy. There's quite a lot of junk food here and its not terribly balanced. Don't get me wrong, junk food is fine once in a while, but you should try not to have it everyday.
