How to get rid of a hickey?

So last night I was with one of my boyfriends and he gave me a few heckies!!! ugh!!! Now I need to know what to do to get rid of them because for obvious reasons don't want the others to see them. I need to know the most effective methods and the fastest ones preferably both in 1!!!! Please Please help Y!A :) oh and shhhh!!! don't tell anyone I don't want them to know about each other. Thanks! Oh and don't preach to me about being with more than one guy save for someone else :)
