Need help looking for snow equipment quotes?

I work for a hospital and was asked to get various quotes for snow equipment. We need to purchase the tractor, plus the attachments (snow blower, snow plow, v-blade and broom). The tractor must be useable on a sidewalk and be climate controlled and 4-wheel drive. ventrac.com has some nice equipment but the local dealerships are not being helpful. JohnDeere.com was not of any help either. Does anyone know of a company I can call or a website so I can request some quotes??
