Cure for swelling feet, hands?

I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have been on strict bedrest for over a month now because I am at high risk for preterm labor. For about a week, my feet, legs, and hands have been swelling really bad. My doctor has already checked for Preeclampsia, and everything is fine. I know that it is okay to swell somewhat during pregnancy, but this is getting very bothersome. It is causing me to not get any sleep because the pain is so bad. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions to help ease my pain? My feet are already elevated 95% of the day... Thanks!
