They should accept a Pport in her maiden name but you need to attach the marriage certificate.You must not ume anything appertaining to immigration.Should you be able to show an amount that will keep you and your wife for 6 months that should be ok.However you do need a place of rsidence on returning to the UK.Follow the rules to the letter it wont take long and present yourself at the Emby in person and explain the situation to them.Up to that point you are just another statistic.......get the idea?Stop worrying it will be fine and dont listen to other experiences as everyone is different.You will both be fine in the UK and your new wife is welcome.
