Oversaturation of a pee stick?...?

I asked this on the pregnancy section but wanted as many respnses as possibe. What would happen if you oversaturated a pee stick? Here is my current situation. I am due for AF tomorrow, I took a HPT last night because I am really tired and my are sore. When I peed on it, I did miss and hit the result window and I think I may have peed for more than 5 seconds on it. IDK. Anyway, I looked at it for ten minutes and didn't really see anything to speak of. I may have seen something faint but at this point I don't trust my eyes. I threw it in the bathroom drawer and being a poas addict I went back and looked a couple hours later. I know I shouldn't do that BUT there was a very distinct blue line. I had the (+) test, I know there are such a thing as evaporation lines but I have understood them to be grayish and more shadowy, this was clearly blue, but it didn't fill the entire space of the test line just the right half. This morning it has faded a lot and the left half I can clearly see is an evaporation line, as it is very gray. I am definitely retesting, I did fmu in a cup and my friend is bringing me a test in a little bit but I was just wondering what you thought, could it have really been positive but since I oversaturated it, it didn't show till some of the urine dried, or could it just be a BFN/evaporation line?
