Should I diversify?

I am a high school sopre who for the past three months has been volunteering twelve hours per week at a local children's hospital, but I am now considering giving my time to one or two more fields as well. So my question is this, would it be wise, from a college admissions stand point, to continue to devote my time to only the children's hospital, or diversify and help out in other fields?
