Can some one please answer this!!!!!?

well my friend said that her mom got her appendix removed and that when she got the surgery she ask the doctor if they could take some of her belly fat out and they did. And my sister told me that there use to be a boy in her cl that got his appendix removed and when he returned he was skinny she also said he was really a chubby boy. now i want to know if that is possible. also when you get your appendix removed how lng do you stay at the hospital?
