How does Judaism’s Jubilee and Sabbatical year provisions affect the perspective of a Jewish business owner?

These are primarily agricultural regulations and only apply inside Israel. The Jubilee is only in force when the majority of Jews are living in Israel. The main Sabbatical law that applies outside Israel is the cancellation of debts and this does apply, but only loans made by a Jew to a Jew are included.
