How to prove a father unfit in court?

the father wants paternity test and visiting rights. he has a huge record of wreckless driving, i had an op against him, he has kidnapping, hijacking, armed with a deadly weapon, forgery and theft on his record. i dont feel my child is safe with him at all. how do i keep him from getting rights?
