JOB hunting! - Biology Degree?

Try posting resume on Monster.com, I did and was inundated with emails and calls.... Also just give it some time. A bachelor's in biology limits you to some degree, it's not the same as micro biology, so thejobs as a microbiologist may not be an option for you. You may need to go on for your master's. continue looking at entry level positions, also in pharmaceuticals, many companies in the Triad region in North Carolina.....ask around, network at your current job, and ask your former instructor's/professor's....they tend to be part of the professions' professional organization, know people and opportunities...
