What's with this Scorpio guy?

So I like this scorpio guy, and I think he likes me back since he asked me to a movie, but I don't know. I wonder if he would just settle for any girl since he's not very popular. I thought he liked me cause he would flirt with me at work, but when a friend of mine from his school told him he should go on a date with me, he started ignoring me. We started texting. He didn't talk much at first, but eventually we were texting almost every day, until his parents cancelled his texting...Also, everyone at work seems to think he likes me. One guy said he always gets tongue tied when I'm around lol. But couldn't that just be typical scorpio behavior since they're loners and probably don't have the best people skills? Another thing that got me was his answer to this forward that was like "What did you think when you first met me?" And he said "Who is that girl? I sould talk to her." But I thought he hated me at first, cause he was kind of a jerk to me. Anyway, I'll stop blabbering on here, just wondering what you guys think. And I'm a capricorn, would we be a good couple?
