Why can't the tax truth come out about Wesley Snipes?

"I was never charged with tax evasion," said Wesley Snipes. Via the phone line he was a guest of Tom Joyner (the morning radio show). Mr. Snipes was trying to explain to Tom. How there has been so much misinformation out in public and around the world about his case. He even said he forgives The Tom Joyner morning shows and others (i.e. The public, media and so on) because they reacted based on what story was being put out about him:evading paying taxes, the so-called felony charges for tax evasion vs late tax filing and so on. He said his whole case has been misrepresented to the world and this is after he has some years ago paid over 35 million over the last 8 yrs. Even Judge Joe Brown has even said that Mr. Snipes is being made an example of. Give me your thoughts. I really like Wesley snipes. And I am glad that he is being able to finally tell his side of the story. He trusted some people who were suppose to be taking care of his financial affairs and they dropped the ball. He should not have to go to jail. He did not evade paying his taxes. If he does get charged or have pay penalties they should be misdemeanors. Take care Mr. Snipes. Please give your thoughts.
