Why is the Mexican Government outraged because our Border Patrol was ?

The Mexican government is taking advantage of the fact that most people can't handle the reality of how young thugs can be. Now everyone who logs onto the Internet to read the news automatically have the parts about the kid's crimes filtered out. Meanwhile "Border Patrol shoots 14 year old kid" lingers around their brain.
