Used E46 reliability?

How reliably would a 99 328i with about 120K miles be? I'm not sure how its been driven, but I'm just making the umption that it has been well used but not abused. I would really just like a ballpark figure for how much repair costs would be like. Smaller parts can be repaired/replaced by family, so I wouldn't need to go to a shop to have them replaced/installed. A guess about how much repair cost would be each year would be nice. Thanks:)
