What stats and armour do i need for jad on runescape?

i have 74 range 79 hp 72 def 81 str 76 att and 56 pray. what stats do i need to get higher and what armour do i need to get throught jad? im planning to range the fight caves all the way im trying to decide between a rune crossbow with addy bolts magic shortbow with rune arrows or 2 crystal bows. tell me what armour and inv i need too. please dont give any links ive tried too many websites. i will give 10 points points to the best answer.
