Who thinks Lia Sophia jewelry is crap?

Just about every piece I got less than a year ago has had pieces come unglued, go missing, clasps broken, etc. I know you're allowed to turn it in and get new stuff, but I liked the stuff I picked out and the catalogs have changed! Seems like that's their excuse to make cheap jewelry and still charge a lot for it. I'll never buy it again!
