Oversaturation of a pee stick?...?

I asked this on the pregnancy section but wanted as many respnses as possibe. What would happen if you oversaturated a pee stick? Here is my current situation. I am due for AF tomorrow, I took a HPT last night because I am really tired and my are sore. When I peed on it, I did miss and hit the result window and I think I may have peed for more than 5 seconds on it. IDK. Anyway, I looked at it for ten minutes and didn't really see anything to speak of. I may have seen something faint but at this point I don't trust my eyes. I threw it in the bathroom drawer and being a poas addict I went back and looked a couple hours later. I know I shouldn't do that BUT there was a very distinct blue line. I had the (+) test, I know there are such a thing as evaporation lines but I have understood them to be grayish and more shadowy, this was clearly blue, but it didn't fill the entire space of the test line just the right half. This morning it has faded a lot and the left half I can clearly see is an evaporation line, as it is very gray. I am definitely retesting, I did fmu in a cup and my friend is bringing me a test in a little bit but I was just wondering what you thought, could it have really been positive but since I oversaturated it, it didn't show till some of the urine dried, or could it just be a BFN/evaporation line?

i have 3 swordtails, 1 male and 2 females. the typically persistent male never leaves the one female's side. he performs this strange ritual in which he stops dead in his tracks and swims backwards into the female as though he is trying to poke her with his tail. i thought this was just some sort of courtship ritual until i noticed one of the 2 week old fry in my tank doing this same sort of thing to another fry. i'm somewhat perplexed because i'd read that swordtails don't develop a gender let alone a desire to mate until well after the fry stage. i'm just really curious about what this ritual is for because it doesn't seem isolated to just mating based on what i observed with the fry. is it a territorial thing perhaps or can the mating instinct happen much earlier than anticipated?

Shoulder surgery...?

About a year ago I started having shoulder pain, for a whle my doctor treated it as a rotator cuff tear, then after a month or so they finally took an MRI and saw bone spurs(2) so they went in to fix them and when I came out of surgery they told me I had 2 bone spurs, a rotator cuff tear and bicep tear. I have no clue how I hurt my shoulder that bad, I work at a daycare lifting kids all day, maybe that's why. But my question is, It's been about 3 months since my surgery and my shoulder still hurts, not as bad but it still hurts pretty bad! I don't know if I should get exploratory surgery or leave it alone(it's a 6 month recovery). I havn't been through the full recovery time yet but why does it still hurt so bad!! I don't know what can help me, The pain can be unbearable sometimes, don't know if I retore it...any suggestions would be great!!

My aunt works at my high school and always embarres me and it is making me really mad?

Alright so I'm in 10th grade and my aunt is the istant principal at my high school. (Talk about embarring!) And well last year in 9th grade I never saw her so no one knew she was my aunt so I was happy, but this year she stands in the cafeteria with the other istant principal and watches the lunch lines and makes sure everything in the lunchroom is moving smoothly and I wouldn't mind that as long as she didn't see me. BUT guess what? She sees me everyday in the lunchroom and gives me a huge hug and yells "This is my wonderful niece Molly!" And then by then the whole cafeteria is watching and then she starts singing this dorky song "Molly by golly fee fie bo bo banana fi fana it's Molly!" I think that's how it goes I don't know, but this same thing happens every day! And when I'm sitting and talking to my friends at lunch she walks up to our table and asks all of my friends "Are you guys being nice to my niece?" And then they are all like, "Uh yeah..." And this happens every day too and now I sit by myself at lunch because I don't want to be embarred in front of my friends. And now my aunt sees me sitting alone at lunch every day and sits at the table with me and eats with me because she thinks that I'm a loner! UGH!!! Hello I am a (girl)sophmore in High School. I feel like I do not fit in, I am smart and have all 80's and 90's. Cure for swelling feet, hands?

I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have been on strict bedrest for over a month now because I am at high risk for preterm labor. For about a week, my feet, legs, and hands have been swelling really bad. My doctor has already checked for Preeclampsia, and everything is fine. I know that it is okay to swell somewhat during pregnancy, but this is getting very bothersome. It is causing me to not get any sleep because the pain is so bad. Has anyone else experienced this? Sick baby with no insurance. I have some questions for experienced moms!!?

My son is 9 months old and just came down with his first cold. He has never been sick before, so I am a little lost on how to make him more comfortable. So far, it seems like it is just a cold ( I feel crappy also). His temp is 100.2, so I gave him some infant Tylenol. I've been trying to keep fluids in him as well. Thing is, I don't know what I should have him dressed in. I don't want to dress him to warm and raise the fever, but I don't want to under dress him and make his cold worse. Its about 73 outside and I have one window open. His room is 2 rooms away from the open window. I have him in a t shirt and socks with a little blanket on him. Is that enough, or to much? I have a humidifier, but I don't know if I need it because he is not congested. Should I use it? If yes, do I use hot or cold water. Just some general tips would be great. I tried bringing him to the dr. But I just moved to a tiny town and his Medicaid won't be effective until Oct. 1st. Medicaid told me the only option I have right now is the ER because his HMO is not available yet. If it gets bad, I will take him to the ER. My weird phobia that bothers me.?

I have a fear of hiccups. Not the regular hiccups but the ones that never go away, even after weeks, months or even years. And it really happens! It started when my Dad, who is a pilot, told me about this lady he flew that had incurable hiccups, and it started to bother me that it could happen. The recent story of a young girl with the same condition brought back the fear and it has been bothering me for a month now. I don't know why it bothers me so much. Let's say a person graduated from college with a double major in journalism and a major in History. In the process of finishing grad school for public history. The person is looking for a developmental/ marketing position within a museum and also a position as a copy editor/journalist at a newspaper/ magazine. Of course, they send resumes to the ones that are actually advertising. What if you have a museum or newspaper/ magazine publisher that does not seem to actively advertise? Should you wait to apply for a position until one actually opens up? Or can you send an unsolicited resume and saying you are looking for future or upcoming job openings. How exactly/ What would be the proper way to convey that in a cover letter? What other facts or tips should you mention ? Even if some of the companies do advertising on the website most of the job postings may be out of date or old and then you send a resume and they do not call for an interview.

hi. i am a 13 year old girl, my name is emily. i am a very sad person. my family and friends are wonderful, loving people. it isn't them, it is me. i cry constantly at least once a day. i seem to have episodes of this. the last one i had was 1 month ago. my grades started slipping, so i was stressed. i went from a straight a student, to a c and d student. i lost my appetite and i dropped 6 or 7 lbs. i atte.pted suicide twice, once with scissors once with a knife. i was irritable with my little brother. but my sadness went mainly with myself. i felt lifeless, more dead then alive. i wanted to die. anyways, i had told my mom a lot about it. she has depression and like 2 months ago, my great uncle shot himself. my mom said she was really worried about the suicide attempts and i won't go in to detail. anyways, that wad the time before now. now, i have exams coming up so i am stressed out. whenever i get in trouble or hurt myself on accident, i feel like satan is punishing me (i am a christian). i feel like he wants to drag me into hell where i belong. i cut myself, and i rake my fingernails on my legs and arms when i am upset with myself. often, i have to go to the bathroom during 6th period, chorus. most of our school is outside, so when i go outside to walk to the bathroom, i hear normal things, wind, the custodian with the trash cans, and thats pretty much it. but a lot of times, i hear a voice that i believe to be satan dragging me into hell. i hear myslef screaming and satans voice. it absolutely terrifies me. i feel like satan is watching me 24/7. i am too terrified to tell anyone. not even my mom whom i am so close to. i feel lifeless, dead.. it probably sounds stupid. "satan wants to drag me to hell" :'(. anyways, i told my parents by email and they are taking me to a good psychiatrsit tomorrow. what can i expect? am i crazy?

I'm planning to go walking around my small, sleepy town and take some photos of the abandoned buildings and run-down houses late in the night, or very early in the morning. I'm using a dSLR, with a couple different lenses- among them a small telephoto, an 18-55mm zoom, a 28mm and 50mm lens. Does anyone who photographs architecture have any tips or advice for me? How do I find out if there is a federal investigation currently going on about me?

Was the victim of severe ID theft last year but nothing much has happened in the last six months or so. Last few days, when I haven't been home, I return to several hang-up calls and blinking messages with just hang-up noise. When I go through my caller ID, it says "FBI, and the person's name. This person has called about six times now and twice I haven't answered the phone and all other times I haven't been home. he does not leave a message which worries me. How do I find out discreetly if there is an ongoing federal investigation going on about me or in my name. I checked the Court system and there are no warrants for my arrest and I haven't done anything but I cannot figure out why this FBI agent is calling me and then not leaving me a message.

Bird molting, stress or normal?

I have a ateil, she's the second bird I've ever owned so I'm still kind of a novice when it comes to sticky situations. She's about four months old, and the other day the parakeet I kept in a cage next to her died. Since he died she's been pretty upset, kind of pissed off (constantly) and quieter than usual. And now she's started molting. I'm pretty sure she's too young for her first molt, which leads me to think she's molting out of stress from my parakeet dying. I'm not really sure how to handle this kind of molt. I've been giving her millet, spritzing her with water occasionally and gave her some egg, but is there anything else I can do to help her with this situation? I'm planning on getting another atiel to keep her company since she lost her other friend, when's the best time to bring him into the picture?

I'm an American living in Germany for 20 years with children in the German schools. They do study the holocaust in the German schools that's not why I'm replying to your question. It really surprises me everytime I hear this type of question. Once while back in the states I was even ask "How's the war going in Germany?" I thought they were kidding which it wasn't funny, but to find out they had no idea where Germany really is. I get this a lot around my business when americans come over to visit it's really embarrin, the statement goes "Wow Germany really has recovered quiet well from the war it doesn't even look like there was a war!" Huh. The war is over and for the most part the folks that took part in the war are dying out along with history. The same goes in the states for our WW2 Vets. Modern day Germans are trying to make ends meet just like the rest of world and really don't harp on the war issues, it's over!! It's the same as growing up around Atlanta people come there and still say "Well you guys lost the war," almost 300 years ago! Modern day Germany is just that modern day, I still like living here even though the taxes are still too high, especially the sales tax of 19%. Today Germany is like New York with it's ethnic mixes, Turkish, Americans, East Europeans and Africans oh yeah there also gives these Eis creme shops run mainly by the Italians. I really don't think the modern day German would want it any other way they seem to like their diversity. Of course you have idiots in every society that scream that their culture is better than others, you black against white issues. That is in every society not just the German. If you want your hair to look like hers, you're going to want to use a volumizing product and do a lot of teasing. Most of the girls whose hair I cut and like that style swear by Big y Hair and Catwalk products. You'll also get more volume in your hair if you blow dry with a round brush, or flip your hair over while drying it. Then you'll want to tease it up, as this will give you the most results. Some finishing/hair sprays (I know Big y Hair's will do this) will also provide volume if you spray a bit of it on your finger tips, and then run your fingertips through your roots. I have a question about an IV medication for school are there any doctors out there that can help me?

I am in nursing school and had a question on a test that I want to know if I was right in any way because it's going to make a big difference in my grade. The question is, " What medication would you give to a patient that is status epilepticus?" and my choices were IV Diazepam (Valium) or IV Phenobarbital? I put the phenobarbital because I knew it was a seizure medication but was told Valium is the correct answer..and I understand the reason that it's right now but I want to know if phenobarbital can ever be given IV for a patient that is status epilepticus? PLEASE help it is going to make a huge difference on me being able to move on in this program or not.

So I posted this review of this local business online. The next day the owner calls me, threatening me. Calling me names, telling me "You finished this and I'm going to end it". When i told her to get lost after she told me to take down the review. This woman is whack. She owners a dog rescue, but she's not in it for the animals. Charging 400 dollars for a mutt. And then later she got the review removed. Somehow. I tried emailing the review company but nothing came about. When I posted there was 16 negative reviews and now there is nine. Later I found out that according to public domain, just a month ago she was charged with six counts of failure to keep a sanitary and humane kennel. If I posted that on a new review, is that at all slanderous? It's from court dockets, that have the charges. I want to stay within the law, while still not letting her win. Is it illegal to use court dockets against anyone like this? Any input?

ok i do mma, i have for a few years. i onjured my knee a while back and i stoppen mma cause of the kicks and joint stress and did boxing for a while. i had great speed and footwork but my knee heeled and i been back in mma for about 6 months. anyways im going to box in a match in about 2 months and i just found out yesterday lol. so anybody got any tips, anything you would suggest to do or not to do.....but just to let you guys know im not much of a power hitter, im more of a speed boxer.
